My article, “Painting the Cosmos: A Key to the Influence of Theosophy on Modern Art,” is now available in the September 2024 issue of The Theosophist. In this article, I briefly examine the repeated use of certain formal elements in the previous century plus of abstract painting and connect those elements to specific Theosophical doctrines studied by the artists.
